All orders are delivered via Australia Post and your signature may be required to accept registered goods.
Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and can be delivered to Australian P.O. Boxes. Goods delivered within Australia will generally take three to seven working days, please note that during peak periods delivery times may increase.
Express Delivery is only available within Australia and relies on the Australia Post National Express Post Network, please check the Australia Post website to see if you are within the Australia Post National Express Post Network prior to selecting this option. In the Swim of Things takes no responsibility for Express Delivery items not received on time where the deliver post code is outside of the Australia Post National Express Post Network.

When insurance is purchased at the checkout we hope that you will not have to use it. However in the unlikely event that your shipment goes missing here's what you need to do:
If you have purchased insurance, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you know your package has gone missing or is damaged. We will lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf and keep you updated with the progress. Once the claim is finalised we can either send you a replacement product or offer you a refund for the purchase price including freight.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love our products us much as we do, however if you don't you can always return it within 30 days of dispatch. Please read our returns and exchanges policy before making any purchases. If you need to refund, return or exchange an item, please contact In the Swim of Things at the earliest convenience prior to returning the product to us.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, In the Swim of Things is happy to exchange the item as long as it is in as new condition, unused, unopened and unworn and returned within 30 days of original dispatch.
At In the Swim of Things we check all products upon receipt from our suppliers and again before they are shipped out to our customers. In the rare occasion that a faulty product slips through our quality control we will be happy for you to return the item for exchange. It is best to check each product you have purchased upon receipt, if you do find a problem with the product please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that an exchange is not automatically granted on faulty products, the product will need to be returned to In the Swim of Things at the customer’s expense. The products are then returned to the manufacturer for examination. If the damaged item is a manufacturers fault we will send out a replacement and refund your postage costs.
Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at the customers expense.
How to Return Items
If you need to return an item please email In the Swim of Things to let us know why you are returning a product, we will then email you back instruction on how to return the product.
When returning items, wrap the package securely and enclose your receipt (we send this out with your order) along with the reason for returning the product/s.
Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 24 hours.
